Terms and Conditions

Slightly Abstract by Sanjeet Gadkari reserves the right to refuse service, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion. You will be emailed your receipt, pick up tracking information and details regarding your order.

Pricing and Payments

Payments of products purchased are collected 100% in advance in exchange for an order confirmation. Price of products is at a set price, with no margin to change unless done so by Slightly Abstract by Sanjeet Gadkari in form of discounts or coupons.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of order is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping

Our work are meticulously assembled in small batches. Your product will be dispatched a matter of few days or up to 2 weeks.

In case of external factors affecting the delivery time further, we will notify you through mail.

We use reliable and renowned shipping partners for all concerned services.

Returns and Refund Policy

Return or Refund will be initiated only and only if the product has a manufacturing error which will be verified through further communication and be processed only if confirmed. We may ask you to send photographic evidence to confirm and understand the nature of defect.

Damages in unpacking, installing and other factors not involving us are not subject to any refund or compensation. Kindly shoot a video of the unpacking to insure against damages. Other photographic evidence or other modes will not be accepted to claim refund or return.

Damages in transport will be reimbursed after confirmation of said damage. Photographic evidence will be required to confirm said damage. Upon confirmation with you, the customer, and the shipping carrier we will initiate refund.

Aforementioned reasons for return or refund are only eligible for 15 days after the date of receiving the product.

Products outside India will not be eligible for any refunds or returns due to added taxes in counties. 

Warranties

Products and components from Slightly Abstract are meticulously crafted and tested before shipping. We use best of the materials and components but as the individual components when modified for our use don't allow for any warranties we then further cannot provide you with one. In case of technical error, please refer to the Returns and Refund conditions.
